1. to borrow money from one person to pay back money you borrowed from someone else;
2. to harm one person in order to do good to another; or
3. to use money or resources set aside for one purpose for a different one.

Example:
A:I need to get some money off my credit card at the ATM.
B:What for?
A:I need to pay another credit card bill.
B:Do you think that's a good idea? Basically, you're robbing Peter to pay Paul.

unanimous (adj) - Pronunciation: u-na-ni-mous
If a decision or judgment is unanimous, it is formed or supported by everyone in a group.

Examples:
1. After a lengthy discussion we reached a unanimous decision on the proposal.
2. The Finance Committee of the Legislative Council yesterday unanimously passed an urgent request by the government to donate HK$250 million to help snowstorm victims in the mainland.
