A word with two entirely different meanings

exploit

USE WELL: to use something for advantage 充分使用;活用
Example:
1. We need to make sure that we exploit our resources as fully as possible.
2. company exploited its lower cost structure and maintained higher profits than the industry average.

USE UNFAIRLY: to use someone or something unfairly for your own advantage 剝削;搾取;利用(他人的勞力)以謀私利
Example:
1. Laws exist to stop companies exploiting their employees.
2. He exploit the new taxation system.
