Remedial action

A statement indicating that the T. Warning was in force was inadvertently included in the hourly bulletin. A correction was issued at about 18 minutes later. The one who issued this bulletin was blamed for the carelessness. This is not the end of the story.......finally the supervisor was also blamed for not taking proper remedial action promptly. The managment thought that issuing a correction as usual was not enough. Instead, an apology announcement should be issued through the media.
