My Research Assistant (RA) finally completed his contract in my division. After several times of contract extension, he has developed different kinds of systems for us. He is a talented young man and very helpful to all of us.

The story has not come to an end......... he applied for the post of programmer and succeeded! This means that he will continue to work in this department, though in another division. All the best to him!
